- Clean tiles with alcohol and dry.
- Mix Mod Podge and white paint (about a 50/50 mix)
- Apply to tiles with a foam brush. Let dry about 1 to 2 hrs. Apply 2 coats
- Choose your stamps and inks. I used the Misty stamping tool to stamp. I'm sure you could just use a block. The Misty lets you stamp twice if you need to.
- Let dry for 12 hrs.
- Apply 2 coats of Mod Podge, allow to dry completely between coats.
- Place on an old baking pan lined with foil and put into a cold oven. Set oven to 250 and bake 30 to 45 mins. Turn oven off and allow tiles to cool in the oven.
- In a well ventilated area spray with a protective sealer. I used Minwax Polycrylic clear satin. Let dry and add 2 more coats. If you are not using for coasters you could just do 2 coats.

Saint Patrick's Day
I decided I wanted a Saint Patrick's Day wreath for my door. Didn't want to spend a lot of time or money. So I went searching, first I found so ribbon, then as I was working on something for my daughter ( shamrocks ) I thought "make them bigger " for a wreath. Then I need a base for my wreath so I found a piece of insulation used for water pipes and this is the results. I love it fast ( only took about 35 mins. & cost was (maybe $3.00) afordable. What do you guys think?

Pocket Letters
I have become very Curious about the new (to me) craft known as pocket letters. Hung out on You Tube and Pintrest. Then I thought I'd give it a try. I made two for my daughter's and one for a friend. Then I decided I wanted to do some swaps. Now, I confess I am addicted!
Let me tell you what they are. You use the plastic sleeves thecat baseball cards fit in. You decorate them using scrapbooking / card making supplies on the front side. Sometimes there is a theme and sometimes not. Then this is the fun part......in the back side you add goodies....washi tape, ribbon, buttons, die cuts, a tea bag, some chocolate most anything you can fit into the pockett. You get to get rid of some of your supplies. All us crafters know we have many to share. Then you swap with someone else.
It's like getting a Christmas present every time you get yours in the mail.
This is one I recieved. Just this week!

TRY SOMETHING NEW
Spring Has Come
I don't know about you but I am tired of the cold and snow. I am all ready for Spring. I have been wanting to try this technique for awhile now and I love the way it turned out. I used CTMH paper pack Skylark ( just love this paper bought many of them ) I will admit it took me several times to get it right, so lucky I had all the extra paper. The dogwood flower was a stamp & die that a friend gave me, and I thought it went well with the paper. The hearts were cut with my Cricut from some glitter paper. The wood pieces came from my stash. The Title I made in my word program on my computer. Hope you guys like it as much as I do. This page was done in memory of my parents.
